Although The Chancellor Hotel is considered our NCPP 2018 conference hotel, there are limited rooms available. Three other hotels close to conference activities include: Inn at Carnall Hall, Candlewood Suites, and Staybridge Suites.

If you are traveling by air, the closest airport is Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport near Bentonville, Arkansas. The airport code is XNA. You’ll then need to rent a car or take a shuttle/taxi to Fayetteville, which is roughly a twenty-five minute drive. Click here for further transportation information.

If you have further questions about lodging, travel, directions and/or parking, please feel free to contact NCPP 2017 Host Chal Ragsdale (ragsdale@uark.edu) and/or NCPP Co-Director Lisa Rogers (lisa.rogers@ttu.edu).

When you arrive on Sunday (May 20, 2018), registration will be in the Lobby of the Lewis E. Epley Jr. Band Building.

In terms of parking, the best place to park is Stadium Drive Parking Garage. Access is from Stadium Drive, which runs along the East Side of Razorback Stadium (which will seem like quite a distance from the Band Hall). Google Maps shows Stadium Drive Parking Garage as a destination. You park your car in the parking garage, then take the Garage Elevator up to the top floor. When the door to the elevator opens, you’ll be looking at the North Face of the Epley Band Building. Exit the Bus Terminal (which is where the Elevator terminates) to your left, walk around to the East Face of Epley Band Building, and come on in.

Folks with equipment will want to come to registration first, then get one of our student helpers to assist them in negotiating to either the FPAC (faculty) or Stella Boyle Smith Concert Hall (students).
